What You Will Do Here
- Win the Room: Shine in client presentations and in new business pitches, bringing innovative, socially-native strategies that wow both current and prospective clients and prove we are living in the future.
- Redefine Measurement: Move our agency and clients past outdated vanity metrics. Architect measurement frameworks focused on attention, business impact, cultural resonance, and actual ROI.
- Architect Dynamic Ecosystems: Move beyond rigid monthly guides. Design fluid, responsive social systems that dictate how, where, and when we engage with communities across TikTok, Meta, LinkedIn, Discord, and wherever culture goes next.
- Champion Modern Creation: Work lockstep with creative, media, and account teams to ideate social-first campaigns. You understand that today, strategy and creative are completely intertwined.
- Harness New Tech: Experiment with and integrate AI tools into our social listening, ideation, and reporting workflows to make our team faster and our insights sharper.
