Role Overview:
We're looking for a detail-oriented, execution-driven GTM Coordinator who enjoys turning strategy into action. You'll help orchestrate the campaigns, launches, content, events, and systems that power myKaarma's go-to-market engine while building scalable processes that allow our marketing team to grow faster and work smarter.
You’ll report to myKaarma’s VP of Marketing and work with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and other cross-functional teams to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, aligned across stakeholders, and executed with excellence.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on execution, enjoys improving processes, and is excited to leverage AI and modern marketing technology to make teams more effective. Success requires strong attention to detail, creative problem-solving, technical curiosity, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Marketing programs help bring new dealerships onto the myKaarma platform, customer campaigns drive greater adoption of strategic products like Payments, events create meaningful engagement with customers and prospects, and marketing automation enables the team to scale its impact without scaling complexity.

The starting salary range for this role is $65,000-80,000, depending on experience and qualifications, reflecting our dedication to competitive industry compensation. Additional details about our Total Rewards package will be shared during recruitment.
