About Mytra:
We’re creating an entirely new way to solve the most ubiquitous problem in industry - moving and storing material. We’re applying robotics and distributed software to create a new class of product for this $1T market. We’re focused on the supply chain industry first. The industry is in a massive bind with the continued growth of e-commerce, sharp rise in costs, and supply chain disruptions. What has been a “sleepy” industry for decades is now at the epicenter of sustaining the global economy.
As a Deployment Engineer at Mytra, you will join our Customer Operations team during a period of high growth. Mytra is moving from prototype builds to repeatable customer deployments, and we need a hands-on field operator who can execute commissioning work with discipline, document objective evidence, and escalate issues before they become customer-impacting misses.
The Deployment Engineer owns defined commissioning work packages such as infrastructure preflight, safety bring-up support, robot integration checks, and construction QC. Working collaboratively with the Senior Deployment Engineer, who provides day-to-day field direction, you will execute against the commissioning gates and quality standards defined by the Deployment Lead and enforced by the site team.
Customer interaction is regular and on-site. You’ll be at the customer facility and expected to represent Mytra professionally, answer questions as needed, and communicate clearly in the moment. Day-to-day, your primary working interfaces are trade contractors and the site team; what matters most is execution discipline, artifact quality, and fast, clear escalation when something is off.
This role is designed to grow into ownership of a full commissioning subsystem — such as infrastructure readiness, safety bring-up, robot integration, or ops station readiness — based on demonstrated execution discipline, artifact quality, and field judgment.

We move fast, learn faster, and show up for each other under pressure. The best outcomes come from diverse perspectives working together to build something meaningful and built to last
