Position Overview

We are seeking an accomplished, seasoned Lead Product Manager to define and drive the strategy for our 1Secure Data Security (DSPM) product line — the Data pillar of the Netwrix 1Secure SaaS platform. In this role, you will own the product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market execution for one of the company's most strategic cybersecurity offerings, delivered as a true multi-tenant SaaS product.

The ideal candidate combines deep product management expertise with strong knowledge of data security, cloud platforms, and enterprise identity governance. You will act as the voice of the customer, ensuring 1Secure Data Security delivers measurable value by enabling organizations to discover, classify, govern and reduce exposure of sensitive data across hybrid and multi-cloud environments — while competing head-on for DSPM industry leadership position and marker dominance, across the SMB, Mid-Market and light-enterprise segments.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Roadmap

  • Define the vision and long-term strategy for 1Secure Data Security (DSPM), aligned with company priorities and cybersecurity market trends.
  • Own the product roadmap, including backlog prioritization and release planning across the Pro, Advance, and Premier tiers.

Market & Customer Insights

  • Own the Netwrix DSPM GTM strategy and partnership strategy with the Data Security solution suite, driving DSPM attach on cross-portfolio opportunities.
  • Brief industry analysts (Gartner, Forrester) to sharpen 1Secure competitive and category positioning, and evangelize Netwrix DSPM across customers, prospects, and partners, and establish Netwrix as a thought-leader and innovator in the field.
  • Conduct ongoing discovery with CISOs, data security leaders, and compliance stakeholders to identify needs and shape requirements.
  • Track the competitive landscape and analyst perspectives (Gartner, Forrester, and others) to inform positioning and differentiation against Varonis, Microsoft Purview, BigID, Cyera, and Rubrik.

Product Execution

  • Partner with engineering teams to deliver high-quality, cloud-native features across data discovery, classification, access governance, and risk reduction.
  • Ensure product integrations with leading platforms (Microsoft 365, SharePoint, cloud storage, Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure, GCP, Cloud Applications, Structured and Unstructured data sources, cloud infrastructure as well as SIEM/SOAR/SOC and XDR solutions).

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to develop go-to-market plans, enable field execution, and accelerate adoption — including migration of the Auditor customer base into 1Secure.
  • Define and monitor product success metrics, including ARR growth, competitive win rate, trial-to-paid conversion, and customer retention.

Innovation

  • Champion AI-driven classification (Evidence.AI) and remediation guidance, targeting a step-change improvement in classification accuracy over legacy engines.
  • Ensure 1Secure Data Security advances the company's broader data security and AI governance strategy.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 4 years in cybersecurity, data security, identity governance, or cloud-native SaaS.
  • Strong knowledge of DSPM, Data Access Governance, or adjacent domains (DLP, IGA, compliance automation, risk management).
  • Familiarity with enterprise data platforms and identity frameworks (SIEM, SOAR, Data Lakes, IdPs).
  • Demonstrated success leading a SaaS product from concept or competitive parity to market leadership and scaling ARR growth.
  • Comfortable owning a true multi-tenant SaaS product and the operating cadence — continuous delivery, telemetry-driven prioritization — that comes with it.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
