About the role

Nox Health is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to provide short-term recruiting support during a period of increased hiring activity. This approximately three-month assignment will focus on helping move active and new requisitions efficiently through the recruiting process while maintaining a strong experience for candidates and hiring managers.

The Contract Recruiter will manage multiple searches simultaneously, partnering directly with hiring managers to understand role requirements, source and screen qualified candidates, coordinate the interview and selection process, and support offers through acceptance.

The ideal candidate can quickly step into an established recruiting process, work independently with limited ramp-up time, and effectively prioritize hiring needs in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong sourcing capabilities, sound judgment, responsiveness, and comfort working within an applicant tracking system.

What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions, including intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate management, and offer support.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements, establish recruiting priorities, and keep searches moving efficiently.
• Proactively source and engage qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, the ATS, referrals, and other appropriate sourcing channels.
• Conduct candidate screens to assess relevant experience, qualifications, career interests, and alignment with position requirements.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to support a positive and timely experience.
• Manage multiple active requisitions and candidate pipelines simultaneously while adjusting priorities based on business needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely candidate and requisition information within the applicant tracking system.
• Identify recruiting challenges or pipeline gaps and recommend practical sourcing or process adjustments to improve hiring outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting multiple functions and positions simultaneously.
• Demonstrated experience independently sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates.
• Experience working in a fast-paced or high-volume recruiting environment with the ability to become productive quickly.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and common recruiting and sourcing tools.
• Strong candidate sourcing skills, including experience identifying and engaging passive candidates.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both candidates and hiring managers.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple requisitions and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and adapt quickly as hiring priorities change.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field preferred; equivalent recruiting experience will also be considered.
