About the role
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist with at least 2–3 years of Human Resources experience, including prior work as an HR Generalist. If you're passionate about people, processes, and continuous improvement, this is your opportunity to grow within a dynamic and supportive team.
This remote position is ideal for a candidate who is fluent in Turkish and English and has strong analytical and writing skills. Working hours for this role are between 9 AM and 5 PM according to the U.S. Central Time Zone, which corresponds to 17:00 and 01:00 in Türkiye time.
