That means a steady opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with clients who value massage and build a strong, consistent book of regulars who look forward to seeing you.

Absolutely! At Ojas, we believe talented Massage Therapists deserve the opportunity to earn a great living doing what they love. Our Massage Therapists can earn $45–$65 per service hour, including gratuities and applicable bonuses. We also offer a comprehensive range of benefits, including health and dental coverage, paid time off, continuing education support, and a 401(k) with employer match.

"Will my body be able to handle doing massage all day?"

We know massage is physically demanding, and we help you take care of yourself while taking care of others! Our hands-on training emphasizes proper body mechanics and techniques to help reduce physical strain. We also provide tools like hot stones and other enhancements to help you work smarter, not harder.

"Can I really build a long-term career at Ojas?"

Absolutely! Many of our Massage Therapists have been part of the Ojas team for 5, 10, and even 15+ years. We're proud to be a place where therapists choose to stay, continue growing, and build lasting careers doing what they love.

"How will I manage my time with back-to-back clients?"

We've got you covered! Our hands-on training teaches you how to confidently manage the flow of each appointment - from reviewing client intakes and delivering the full hands-on massage to wrapping up and resetting your treatment room. Our scheduling allows time for each step, helping you develop a comfortable rhythm while giving every client the experience they deserve.

"Am I going to have to buy equipment, supplies, and wash sheets?"

Not a thing! Your treatment room, equipment, lotions, linens, enhancements, and even professional laundry service are provided. No hauling sheets home or stocking your own supplies. Just show up ready to do what you love.

"What if I want to keep learning and growing?"

We hope you do! Your growth doesn't stop at graduation. With continuing education support, ongoing training, and a team invested in your success, you'll have opportunities to keep developing your skills.
