We are actively seeking Project Manager / Sr. Project Manager's to coordinate cross-functional launches, multi-stream initiatives, and business-driven projects that span I&T and business operations. This role operates from a shared pool and is assigned to initiatives that require coordination beyond a single value stream, including product launches, state expansions, regulatory implementations, and large-scale integrations. The Project Manager is not embedded in a single stream; instead, they are deployed to the highest-priority cross-functional work.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the single point of coordination for all stakeholders involved in the initiative. Manage communications, status reporting, and escalations.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues. Escalate blockers that cannot be resolved at the project level.
  • Compliance Coordination: For compliance-driven projects, coordinate with legal and compliance teams to meet regulatory deadlines. Track filing dates, effective dates, and approval milestones.
  • Timeline Management: Manage project timelines, track progress against milestones, and adjust plans as needed. Keep business stakeholders informed on delivery status.
  • Project Cost Tracking: Track delivery effort and costs against project estimates, maintain forecasts, and surface variances with clear options and impacts. Future state may include tracking against allocated project budget pools as those mechanics are defined.
  • Retrospectives: Run cross-functional launch retrospectives after go-live. Document lessons learned and action items for future initiatives. · Process Adherence: Confirm I&T workstreams within the project follow the 9-stage delivery flow. Maintain the stage gate plan for each initiative, validate entry and exit criteria, facilitate gate reviews, document decisions, and escalate when a gate is at risk. Coordinate with Delivery Leads on sprint alignment and release planning.
