We are looking for a highly motivated Commercial Sales Representative to add to our team of commercial fence experts. This role requires a candidate who isn’t afraid to stop by a construction site to see what fencing is needed, respond to a bid request, or to build a new client relationship. This candidate also needs to be computer savvy, exceptionally detail-oriented, familiar with the construction industry, and self-motivated. In this role, you will work alongside our experienced sales, estimating, and operations teams to master the craft of commercial fence sales. It’s a fast-paced role with endless opportunities to build new business, new skills, and contribute to the bottom line of our commercial team and the business at large.
Position Overview
The Commercial Sales Representative is responsible for client relationship management, identifying opportunities and providing proposals for bid, and coordinating execution of the project with the client and the Peerless Fence commercial operations and installation teams. The Commercial Sales Representative ensures the successful and seamless completion of this process while also acting as a point of contact for the projects they have sold. Whether it's the initial contract, a change onsite, or other site challenges that arise, this role is managing the communication, paperwork, and costs associated with that project. Salary: $75,000-$100,000 base pay per year depending on experience, plus commission based on sales goals being met or exceeded.
