Role Purpose
The Investment Solutions Specialist will play a critical role in supporting the sales effort and ongoing servicing of the intermediated financial adviser market on behalf of Pinnacle and its affiliate fund managers.
This is a national, phone‑based role designed for a mid‑level distribution professional who thrives on high‑quality, high‑volume adviser interactions. The role focuses on proactive outbound engagement, campaign execution, opportunity progression, and market intelligence gathering, working closely with senior distribution colleagues across Australia.
The Investment Solutions Specialist acts as a key amplification point for specific affiliates in bursts. Focusing initially on Metrics, Coolabah and Hyperion.
Key Responsibilities
Adviser Engagement & Coverage (Phone‑First): Execute structured, national outbound calling to financial advisers, dealer groups, and IFA practices to drive engagement on the focus affiliates.
CRM Discipline & Data Quality: Maintain high standards of CRM hygiene, including detailed call notes, next steps, tagging, and outcomes. Ensure adviser interactions and pipeline activity are accurately captured to support reporting, forecasting, and coverage analysis.
Market & Adviser Intelligence: Capture and share insights from adviser conversations, including sentiment, objections, competitor activity, and trends. Feed actionable intelligence back into the retail distribution, marketing, and product teams as part of the team’s broader business intelligence function.
Internal Collaboration: Work closely with Associate Directors, BDMs, Directors, and affiliate partners nationally.
