Senior Project Manager – Advanced Industrial (Field, Nationwide Travel)

PROCON Blueanchor is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead field execution on advanced industrial projects — battery plants, semiconductor fabs, and large-scale manufacturing facilities — across the United States. You will own your projects on site, from mobilization to closeout, and be the person owners and our leadership rely on to deliver.

What you'll do

• Lead project execution on site: schedule, budget, cost control, change orders, and closeout
• Coordinate daily with owners, general contractors, design teams, and subcontractors
• Plan and direct field teams and subcontractors to meet safety, quality, and schedule goals
• Track cost and progress against budget and report clearly to leadership
• Identify risks early and resolve scope, schedule, and commercial issues before they escalate
• Maintain an uncompromising safety culture on every site

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of construction project management experience
• Required: hands-on experience on advanced industrial projects such as battery plants, semiconductor plants, or large manufacturing plants
• Strongly preferred: experience with a general contractor on advanced industrial projects, including work with Korean owners or general contractors on U.S. projects
• Proven ability to run large, fast-paced projects with minimal oversight
• Strong command of scheduling, cost control, and contract/change-order management
• Completed OSHA 30-Hour training (or willingness to complete it promptly)
• Professional proficiency in Korean

Travel & living

• This is a 100% travel role; you will be assigned to project sites across the U.S.

Compensation & benefits

• $120,000 – $150,000 per year, based on experience
• Profit-based annual bonus eligibility

Language requirement: Professional proficiency in Korean. Business need: Our customers' project and engineering teams require daily communication in Korean.
