Role Summary
We're looking for an Enterprise & Field Marketing Manager (Senior) to build ProtoPie's field, event, and webinar marketing engine from the ground up. You'll report to the Head of Growth and work closely with Demand Generation Marketing, Product, and our Enterprise Sales teams.
Enterprise is ProtoPie's primary growth engine, and in-person, account-based engagement is a channel we're investing in to grow further. Field marketing is the heart of this role: your core mission is to turn events and webinars into meetings, and meetings into pipeline.
Beyond field marketing, this role grows into owning how our products reach the market. As you ramp up, you'll take over launch orchestration and Sales enablement: connecting every launch to a field moment and making sure Sales is ready on day one. It's a rare chance to build a channel and a launch engine at the same time, with a direct line to Enterprise revenue.
You'll collaborate with the Head of Growth and other stakeholders on category positioning and the core messaging framework, and bring them to market through execution: events, webinars, launch assets, and enablement that Sales actually uses.
*Please note that the official job title will be Marketing Manager
Responsibilities
Enterprise Field Marketing
- Build and own ProtoPie's field, event, and webinar program from the ground up, as one channel inside a shared Enterprise pipeline plan with Demand Generation
- Plan and run owned events and webinars: roundtables, customer meetups, a recurring webinar series, on-site seminars and demo sessions at target accounts, and launch briefings for strategic customers
- Select, negotiate, and execute third-party events and sponsorships (design, product, and industry conferences), with a clear pipeline case for each
- Run account-based programs with Sales teams, starting with expansion across existing Enterprise customers and lookalike accounts
- Own the full event and webinar funnel: target account lists, invitations, on-site experience, follow-up sequences, and handoff to Sales
- Manage the field and event budget and vendors; report event-sourced and event-influenced meetings and pipeline
Product Launch Orchestration
- Run end-to-end launch execution for ProtoPie's core products and new business MVPs: timelines, owners, checklists, and cross-team readiness
- Turn the messaging framework into launch assets: launch pages, release content, announcement materials, and event moments
- Coordinate Product, Design, Demand Gen, Growth, and regional marketing so launches ship on schedule in every market
Sales Enablement
- Maintain the Sales enablement kit: pitch decks, one-pagers, and objection handling, updated for each launch
- Coordinate launch and enablement sessions for Sales; track asset usage and feedback from the field
- Partner with Sales teams on account-specific materials for strategic accounts and events
Cross-Functional
- Work with regional marketing colleagues responsible for Korea, China, and Japan on localized event and launch execution
- Feed customer and competitor insights from the field back to the Head of Growth and Product
Requirements
Must
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, including at least 3 years in field, event, or account-based marketing for Enterprise customers
- Proven track record of running events or webinars that produced measurable meetings and pipeline, not just attendance
- Strong project management: you have run launches or large programs across Product, Sales, and Marketing on fixed deadlines
- Experience working closely with Enterprise Sales teams and building materials they actually use
- Professional working proficiency in English and Korean, for daily collaboration with global teams and Korean Enterprise customers
Plus
- B2B SaaS experience, especially at a global company or the Korea office of a global software company
- Experience marketing to designers, developers, or product teams
- Product launch or product marketing experience
- Hands-on experience with CMS, CRM, and marketing automation
- Experience running events in North America, Europe, Japan, or other APAC markets
- Experience with data visualization/analytics tools (Amplitude, Google Analytics, Lightdash)
Why This Role Matters
AI-native design tools are reshaping the prototyping category, and ProtoPie's response is a sharper Enterprise focus and a stronger multi-product portfolio. That strategy only works if we're in the room with the right accounts.
This role rebuilds that presence. You'll own a channel that has been dormant, shape it with a lean, senior team, and see a direct line from your work to Enterprise pipeline and revenue.
