Customer Support Specialist (Temp)

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Under the direction of your supervisor, this position is accountable for assisting office efforts with leads, and providing excellent customer service to residents.


The anticipated timeline for this position is June through early September.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Completes assigned tasks and projects as directed by supervisors
  • Assists with calling leads and leasing efforts
  • Assist in communication with residents to schedule, coordinate, or follow-up on work orders
  • Provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers through the facilitation and implementation of company-wide customer centric programs and initiatives
  • Actively involved in ensuring first-class property curb appeal for all properties
  • Adheres to the letter and spirit of Fair Housing laws

EDUCATION AND/OR TRAINING:

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent
