About the role

Q4 Inc. is a leading capital markets communications platform, partnering with publicly traded companies globally to elevate investor relations experiences. We support earnings calls, investor days, and webcasts for thousands of organizations, delivering premium client service and seamless event execution.


What you'll do

  • Manage audio recording sessions and post-editing.
  • Upload resources and materials to the proper channels
  • Archive webcasts post-production.
  • Correspond and communicate effectively with C-Suite level executives.
  • Proactively report issues and escalate to the appropriate resources when required.

Qualifications

  • University or College Degree in media, communications, or equivalent (in progress or completed).
  • Prior experience in a client-facing role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to verbally communicate instructions and direction clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Working knowledge of PC and/or Mac-based environments.
  • Digital/web experience is a must; Technical, Mobile Apps, and Financial experience are a bonus.
  • Experience using Descript or similar audio editing software is a strong asset.
  • Events background, specifically in media or digital events (such as webcasting/webinars), is an asset.

Working Conditions

  • Flexible Shifts: Shifts can range from 4 to 8 hours, Monday to Friday, between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST.
  • Non-Business Hours: May require after-hours, weekend, and holiday support as needed to cover critical client events, escalations, or emergencies.
