Come grow with us!
The Product Marketing Manager (PMM) will be a driving force within the Marketing team, responsible for the end-to-end marketing lifecycle of specific products within our portfolio. Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, you will bridge the gap between product development and sales success. You are a "full-stack" marketer who can synthesize complex technical features into value-based messaging, own Go-to-Market (GTM) launches, and serve as a primary advocate for our customers’ needs. You’ll sit where Product and Sales meet, turning what we build into stories that win deals.
Responsibilities
- GTM Ownership: Lead the definition and execution of go-to-market strategies for new products and feature releases, ensuring alignment between product, sales, marketing and the wider commercial organization.
- Messaging & Positioning: Craft compelling value propositions and messaging frameworks that differentiate our solutions in the capital markets and SaaS landscape.
- Sales Enablement: Create and deliver high-impact sales tools, including pitch decks, case studies, product sheets, demo videos and competitive battlecards to improve win rates.
- Market Intelligence: Own the competitive intelligence for your product area; monitor industry trends and competitor moves to provide actionable insights to product management and sales.
- Adoption Beyond Launch: Launch day is the starting line, not the finish. Work with Customer Success and Product to get clients using what we ship. Watch the usage data to see what’s landing and what needs another push.
- Pricing & Packaging: Propose and manage pricing and packaging structures based on competitive benchmarking, value-based research and customer intelligence.
- Demand Gen Partnership: Collaborate with the Growth/Demand Gen teams to provide the content, positioning, competitive intelligence and "hook" for digital campaigns, webinars, and events.
- Voice of the Customer: Conduct customer interviews and analyze usage data to influence the product roadmap and identify new growth opportunities.
- Content Creation: Produce high-quality thought leadership content, including whitepapers, blog posts, and website copy that resonates with sophisticated financial buyers.
- KPI Accountability: Define and track success metrics for product launches and marketing initiatives, providing regular reports on performance and ROI to leadership.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Bring project squads across Sales, Product and Customer Success together around one unified approach to the market.
Required Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: You have at least 2 - 5 years of experience in SaaS Product Marketing owning and/or supporting launches of products and features.
- Analytics Expertise: strong analytical skills and experience using different analytics platforms (Salesforce, Hubspot, Posthog, etc.) to provide recommendations on product strategy, audience segmentation and drive campaign impact
- Communication: Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value for C-suite and technical audiences including the wider commercial organization.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage complex launches involving multiple stakeholders on tight deadlines.
- Mindset: Proactive, highly organized, and comfortable with the ambiguity of a high-growth environment. You ask sharp questions and keep pulling the thread until you understand the market deeply.
Nice to have:
- Domain Knowledge: Previous experience in Capital Markets or Fintech is strongly preferred.
- Comfort using AI tools to speed up research, analysis or content
