About the role
We’re hiring a Product Lead to help build and scale Rippling’s Device Management business. This is a senior role for someone who wants to own ambitious product problems, work deeply with engineering and design, and ship products that change how companies manage IT.
The world of IT has changed. Employees now work across a sprawling set of devices, apps, permissions, data, AI tools, and automated agents. The old IT stack (device management, identity, ticketing, inventory, compliance, and access governance as separate systems) creates fragmentation exactly where companies need control.
Rippling IT is the IT infrastructure for the AI era: one platform that unifies identity, devices, inventory, support, AI governance, and compliance on a single data graph, so policy can be set once and enforced everywhere. Within that platform, Device Management is a broad and technical product area spanning device administration, software, reporting, and the workflows IT teams use to keep their fleets secure, reliable, and productive.
We’re looking for a product leader who can go deep without losing sight of the broader system, learn complex domains quickly, and turn technical complexity into simple, powerful, and intuitive experiences for IT teams and employees. AI is not a bolt-on to this role: you will help rethink how modern IT teams use automation and agents to manage devices and resolve problems at scale.
