About the role

You'll own outbound pipeline generation across Switzerland and Austria, working within Rippling's wider DACH BDR organization from our Dublin hub. This is a high-impact seat with direct influence on how Rippling builds and scales in these markets.

What you will do

  • Become a product expert across the Rippling platform and understand the competitive landscape
  • Craft strategic outbound messaging to engage upmarket prospects across Switzerland and Austria
  • Partner with Marketing to run targeted outbound campaigns and generate pipeline
  • Prospect into new accounts using proven sales methodologies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM
  • Align closely with your Account Executive to build strong pipeline through qualifying and setting demonstrations

What you will need

  • Fluent in German & English (Schwiizerdütsch preferable), French a strong plus
  • Previous Sales Development or Business Development experience preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Strong collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with different teams
  • A competitive mindset and drive to achieve results
