Position Summary

We are hiring a Multimedia Content Producer to seamlessly blend video editing, motion design, graphic design, and audio mixing behind our clients' content across organic social, paid social, display, web, and email. You will work with the Content Strategist to turn scripts and storyboards into finished assets, while leveraging performance data to decide what to make next: which formats, hooks, and styles to optimize that connect and convert with our target audience. AI and automation tools are integrated throughout production to speed up workflows, test more creative variations, and increase output without sacrificing quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, script, storyboard, film, and edit videos for social, web, and email, from short-form vertical clips to longer YouTube content
  • Produce ad creative for paid social and display campaigns, including multiple variations for testing
  • Create motion graphics and animation in After Effects that explain processes and concepts visually
  • Design custom graphics, infographics, and carousels for social posts, blog articles, and email campaigns
  • Record and edit podcasts and voiceovers with clean audio, music, and sound effects that fit each client's brand
  • Create stylescapes for logo and brand identity projects, pairing concepts with color, typography, imagery, and texture to present clear visual directions for client feedback
  • Use AI tools across the production workflow, such as Adobe Firefly, Runway, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, and Descript, to speed up ideation, image and video generation, voiceovers, editing, and resizing
  • Review all AI-assisted work for accuracy, brand fit, and usage rights before it goes to clients
  • Translate complex topics, such as family law, into clear, accurate content that follows each client's brand guidelines
  • Format and deliver each asset to platform specifications, including aspect ratio, resolution, length, and captions
  • Review performance in organic social analytics and ad dashboards, using critical metrics such as watch time, average view duration, click-through rate, and conversions to decide which formats, hooks, and styles to produce next
  • Plan and run creative tests on hooks, thumbnails, video length, visuals, and calls to action, and report what performed best and why
  • Develop storyboards and technical scripts for each production, including shot lists, camera angles, on-screen text, motion graphics cues, and timing notes, so filming and editing run to a clear, approved plan
  • Manage production timelines and deliver on schedule across multiple clients and campaigns
  • Organize and maintain the digital asset library so content is easy to find and reuse
  • Assist the Content Strategist in social media distribution for clients

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional experience producing video and multimedia content for a brand, agency, or marketing team
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Experience recording and editing audio in Adobe Audition, Audacity, or a similar tool
  • Working knowledge of video and audio file formats, codecs, and compression for web and social delivery
  • Experience using performance data to make creative decisions, with examples of work you changed based on results
  • Strong design fundamentals, including typography, color theory, and composition
  • A portfolio of finished video, motion graphics, and design work, ideally with performance results for some pieces
  • Strong written and spoken English, and the ability to take feedback and apply it
  • Reliable high-speed internet, a dedicated home workspace, and availability to work 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM US Central Time

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve
  • Photography, videography, and lighting experience for in-house or on-location shoots
