RSA is looking for a highly experienced Marketing Operations Senior Advisor to architect, scale, and continuously optimize our global marketing operations engine. This role sits at the intersection of process, platforms, AI, and data, and plays a critical role in enabling efficient growth, high-quality pipeline, and scalable execution across regions. This individual will own our Marketing Operations model end-to-end with Marketing Automation Platform (MAP) as the core platform, and will lead the adoption of AI-driven capabilities across demand generation, lifecycle management, and marketing to sales workflows. The role partners closely with Marketing, Sales Development, Sales, Analytics, and IT.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Operations Architecture & Platform Ownership

  • Own end-to-end Marketing Automation Platform (MAP) administration and architecture, including lifecycle definitions, routing rules, SLAs, integrations, permissions, and governance
  • Design and maintain scalable frameworks for campaigns, lifecycle management, scoring, and routing
  • Partner with IT and CRM admins to ensure accurate bi-directional data flow between MAP and CRM
  • Establish and enforce global marketing operations standards, documentation, and best practices

AI-Driven Marketing & Automation

  • Lead the implementation and operationalize AI-powered capabilities across marketing automation including:

o Predictive and AI-assisted lead scoring and prioritization

o Intelligent audience segmentation and targeting

o AI-assisted email, landing page, and campaign optimization

  • Partner with the marketing organization to build scalable marketing workflows that improve velocity and ROI

Data Quality

  • Partner with IT and Analytics teams to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Ensure data reliability and completeness across systems
  • Enable marketing stakeholders through documentation, training, and best practices

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Communications, or equivalent
  • 7+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Technology, or Revenue Operations
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (Hubspot, Pardot, Marketo, other)
  • Proven experience implementing and operationalizing AI within marketing workflows
  • Strong understanding of B2B demand generation, funnel management, and lifecycle operations
  • Excellent communication skills to internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience with AI copilots, LLM-based tools, conversational AI, and automation platforms is a plus
  • Solid understanding of business processes and systems
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills for reporting and analysis
