Rugiet is scaling fast -- new products, new categories, new markets -- and the CEO needs a force multiplier. The Chief of Staff is that person. You'll sit at the center of the company's most important work: translating strategy into execution, keeping the leadership team aligned, and making sure nothing critical falls through the cracks as we grow.
This is not a traditional Chief of Staff role. You won't be managing calendars or coordinating travel. You'll be running strategic initiatives, owning cross-functional projects, preparing the CEO for high-stakes decisions, and stepping into whatever the business needs most. One week that might be building the financial model for a new product launch. The next it might be structuring a partnership deal or running point on a board deliverable. You'll need to be comfortable operating at that range.
CEO Leverage. You're an extension of the CEO -- preparing him for every important conversation, meeting, and decision. That means tight briefings, clear context, and making sure the right information reaches him at the right time.
Strategic Initiatives. You'll own high-priority projects that don't have a natural home on the org chart -- competitive analysis, new market entry, operational audits, special projects that matter to the business right now.
Leadership Alignment. You'll run the operating cadence: weekly leadership meetings, quarterly planning, OKR tracking. You make sure decisions get made, owners are clear, and follow-through actually happens.
Board & Investor Readiness. You'll support preparation of board materials, investor updates, and executive communications. You understand what the board cares about and you make sure we show up prepared.
Cross-Functional Problem Solving. When something is stuck between teams, you unstick it. You have the credibility to work across every function -- Finance, Product, Marketing, People, Legal -- and the judgment to know when to escalate and when to just solve it.
Org & Operational Health. As we scale, you'll help identify where the org needs to evolve -- new roles, broken processes, communication gaps -- and work with the People & Culture team to address them.
You've operated close to the top of a fast-moving company and you know what good looks like. You're equally comfortable in a spreadsheet and a boardroom. You write clearly and concisely -- you can turn a messy briefing into a sharp one-pager. You ask the right questions before diving in. You're discreet with sensitive information. You don't need a lot of direction, but you know when to ask. You take pride in making other people more effective.
You want a clearly defined lane. You're more comfortable executing someone else's playbook than building your own. You get overwhelmed when priorities shift quickly. You need to own a function to feel engaged. You mistake being busy for being impactful.
Competitive base salary, performance bonus, and equity. Full benefits including health, dental, vision, and 401(k).
