POSITION SUMMARY
The Regional Manager is responsible for developing and executing statewide sales strategies across both Retail and On-Premise channels to expand Still Austin’s market presence, drive sustainable volume growth, and strengthen brand advocacy throughout the assigned state.
This role oversees distributor partnerships, market execution, team development, key account strategy, and financial performance while serving as a primary liaison between Still Austin, distributor partners, and key customers.
Success in this role requires strategic leadership, strong distributor management expertise, and the ability to balance brand-building with disciplined commercial execution across multiple channels. The Regional Manager plays a critical role in ensuring alignment between sales, marketing, operations, and production while building a high-performing organization grounded in accountability, development, and relationship-driven leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications

·. High school diploma or state-issued equivalency certificate
· Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of supplier, distributor, or CPG sales experience reflecting increasing responsibility; OR
· High school diploma or equivalency plus 6 years of supplier or distributor sales experience reflecting increasing responsibility
· Proven experience managing distributor relationships
· Strong leadership, selling, time management, and public speaking skills
· Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
· Ability to travel frequently by air and car throughout the assigned state
· Must be 21 years of age or older
· Ability to obtain required liquor licenses as mandated by state or locality
· Ability to see, taste, and smell whiskey as part of job duties
· Availability to work nights and weekends as required
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience developing and executing both Retail and On-Premise sales strategies within the spirits or beverage alcohol industry
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends
· Experience managing pricing strategies, promotional programming, and distributor planning
· Demonstrated ability to anticipate market trends and build competitive strategies
· Executive presence and strong presentation skills
· Proven ability to adapt communication approaches to different audiences
· Highly proactive, results-oriented, and self-directed
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This role requires the ability to:
· Travel extensively by air and car throughout the assigned state
· Stand, walk, and move for extended periods during market visits, store walks, customer meetings, and events
· Perform sensory evaluation of whiskey products for education and sales purposes
· Lift and transport product, event materials, and display items as needed
· Communicate clearly in person, by phone, and in written formats
