About the Role
Super Steel is growing, and we’re looking for a hands‑on, people‑focused Production Supervisor to lead and support our fabrication and manufacturing teams. This leader will drive safety, quality, productivity, and teamwork while helping us deliver exceptional results to our customers.
We currently have openings on 1st and 2nd shift, with potential future opportunities as our operations expand.
1st Shift: 5:00am-1:30pm
2nd Shift: 2:30pm-11:00pm
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support production team members to meet daily goals.
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, ensuring all procedures and policies are followed.
- Monitor production schedules and adjust workflow to meet deadlines.
- Partner with Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering to resolve issues quickly.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Conduct daily team huddles, communicate expectations, and foster a positive work environment.
- Track performance metrics and report progress to leadership.
- Support training, onboarding, and cross‑training of team members.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in manufacturing leadership or production supervision.
- Strong communication and people‑management skills.
- Ability to problem‑solve and make decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Experience in metal fabrication, welding, machining, or similar environments is a plus.
