Product Education Lead (Bilingual Spanish/English) - San Diego, CA
About TadHealth
TadHealth is California’s leading behavioral health platform built for K–12 schools, streamlining CYBHI implementation from provider registration to rapid reimbursement. Our mission is to reduce the steps to care by connecting schools, providers, and health plans through efficient, student-centered workflows. With deep Medicaid expertise and trusted partnerships, TadHealth helps California districts scale sustainable mental health programs while easing administrative burden.
THE ROLE
As a Product Education Lead, you'll be responsible for how your assigned region’s school-based mental health professionals learn to use the TadHealth platform and put California's Children and Youth Behavioral Health Initiative (CYBHI) documentation and billing practices to work. You'll design and deliver training that empowers these professionals to confidently use an electronic health and billing system and work closely with Client Experience leadership, and in partnership with Engineering & Product, to turn new features and updates into practical learning. This role reports to the Head of Product Education and Partnerships.
Location & Travel: This is a remote role with regular local travel to client sites (approximately 4-8 site visits throughout San Diego county each month). Candidates must be based in or near San Diego County.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design and deliver engaging training programs for K-12 school-based mental health professionals on the TadHealth platform and CYBHI practices.
- Facilitate live and virtual training sessions, presenting with confidence to audiences small and large, technical and non-technical.
- Partner cross-functionally to translate features and updates into actionable learning experiences.
- Build training decks, guides, and resources that support platform adoption and CYBHI implementation.
- Offer hands-on virtual coaching on submitting claims.
- Work with the CSM team to measure program effectiveness and outcomes, and use what you learn to keep improving.
- Serve as an internal subject matter expert on CYBHI and other school-based billing pathways.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- First 30 days: You've learned the platform, our mission, and how we fit into the CYBHI landscape. You've met all of the Product and Client Experience teams, observed existing trainings, and reviewed current materials.
- First 90 days: You're delivering live and virtual trainings, have refreshed or created core decks and guides, and are running provider coaching sessions. You and the Head of Product Education and Partnerships have a clear plan for the LMS.
- By 6 months: You own the training-side relationships with your providers and are tracking program effectiveness with the CSM team. You're a trusted CYBHI resource for customers and colleagues alike.

- Strong public speaking and facilitation skills.
