Role Description

We're looking for a Content Manager who thinks in systems and executes with craft. You'll own the end-to-end content engine at TalentNeuron — from developing strong editorial ideas rooted in workforce intelligence, to turning a single insight into a full suite of assets that reach senior HR leaders wherever they are: long reads, social posts, short-form video clips, email, and beyond.

This is not a role for someone who writes a white paper and considers the job done. You'll be obsessive about getting ideas out into the world in the right format, on the right channel, at the right moment — and you'll have the editorial taste and execution discipline to make every asset feel considered, not churned out.

This is an India-based role supporting TalentNeuron's global marketing team, working closely with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Sales.


What You'll Do

Content Strategy & Planning

Develop and maintain a global content calendar aligned to quarterly marketing priorities, product launches, campaign themes, and key market moments. Think upstream — identify the core ideas and data angles worth building full campaigns around, and plan the full asset cascade from the start. Surface timely opportunities from workforce planning, HR technology, and labour market trends before they become obvious.


Content Creation & Production

Write and edit across formats: blog posts, white papers, e-books, case studies, webinar scripts, email sequences, landing pages, and LinkedIn copy. Work with TalentNeuron's data science and consulting teams to turn proprietary research and data into insight-led narratives that a senior CHRO or workforce planning leader will actually want to read.


Content Atomization & Repurposing

This is where a significant portion of your energy will go. Every research report, webinar, podcast recording, or customer story is raw material. Your job is to extract maximum value from it — breaking a single asset down into blog posts, social carousels, pull-quote graphics, short written snippets, email nurture copy, and sales enablement pieces. You think in asset cascades, not individual deliverables.


Video & Multimedia Editing

Use tools like Goldcast and Riverside.fm to edit webinar recordings, executive conversations, and event content into short-form, social-ready clips. You don't need to be a video producer, but you should be comfortable enough with these tools to cut a tight 60-second highlight, add captions, and package it for LinkedIn or email without waiting on a specialist.


Distribution & Channel Execution

Ensure content reaches its audience. Manage publishing across the blog, LinkedIn, email, and other written channels with a consistent cadence. Optimise for each channel — what works as a long LinkedIn post is not the same as what works as an email subject line or a 30-second video clip. Apply SEO fundamentals to written content to build organic visibility over time.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Demand Generation to ensure content feeds multi-channel campaigns, ABM programmes, and nurture sequences. Work with Sales and Account Management to understand buyer objections and competitive positioning needs. Coordinate with Strategic Consulting on client stories and executive-facing reports. Manage external freelancers and agencies where needed, with clear briefs and high editorial standards.


Performance & Optimization

Track content performance across engagement, conversion, and pipeline contribution. Use what you learn to sharpen formats, headlines, CTAs, and distribution tactics. Report clearly on what's working and what isn't.


What You'll Bring


Required

  • 5+ years of content marketing experience in a B2B SaaS, data, or enterprise technology environment
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills in English — you can make complex, data-heavy topics clear and compelling for a senior business audience, and you have a strong editorial voice and genuine taste
  • Demonstrated experience in content atomization and repurposing — turning a single piece of research or a recorded webinar into a full suite of assets
  • Hands-on experience with video editing tools (Goldcast, Riverside.fm, or similar) to produce social-ready short-form clips from longer recordings
  • Experience producing content across the full buyer journey: thought leadership, solution content, case studies, email, and social
  • Working knowledge of SEO principles, CMS platforms, and marketing automation tools
  • Strong project management instincts — you run a clean process, hit deadlines, and don't let things fall through the cracks
  • A portfolio demonstrating range: long-form B2B content alongside evidence of repurposed, multi-format execution


Nice to Have

  • Experience marketing to senior HR, People Analytics, Talent Acquisition, or workforce planning buyers
  • Familiarity with HR technology, labour market analytics, or strategic workforce planning as a category
  • Experience using AI-assisted tools to accelerate ideation, drafting, and content optimisation workflows
  • Background in a PE-backed, high-growth, or transformation-stage company

Research reports don't sit as PDFs — they become campaigns. Webinars don't end at the live event — they generate clips, posts, and nurture content for weeks afterward. Content measurably contributes to pipeline. And the work looks good: considered, credible, and distinctly TalentNeuron.
