About Us and Why We’re Hiring
At Terra Energy, we’re building more than projects—we’re building a scalable ecosystem of strategic partnerships that drive real business growth.
As we continue expanding across the U.S., we’ve reached a point where managing external partners—vendors, referral partners, and strategic associates—is no longer something that can be handled informally. It needs structure, ownership, and strategy.
That’s why we’re creating this role.
This isn’t about maintaining an existing system—this is about building one. You’ll play a key role in shaping how we work with external partners from the ground up: how we onboard them, how we manage relationships, how we track performance, and how we turn partnerships into a consistent revenue channel.
If you enjoy creating structure, working with external stakeholders, and turning relationships into tangible results, this role is for you.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role at the intersection of sales, operations, and relationship management.
You’ll act as the main point of contact between Terra Energy and our external partners—not end clients, but the network that helps generate and support our business.
You’ll manage relationships, drive external sales through partner channels, and help define the processes that will support this function as we scale.
This role requires someone who is both strategic and hands-on—comfortable negotiating with executives while also handling documentation, onboarding, and operational details.
You’ll own and grow a portfolio of external partners, including vendors and referral partners. This means building strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders such as CEOs, VPs, and business owners.
You’ll help generate revenue through partner networks—structuring referral agreements, defining fees, and ensuring partnerships translate into real business opportunities.
You’ll guide new partners through onboarding, ensuring they understand processes, requirements, and expectations based on their specific type of contract.
You’ll support and lead conversations around partnership terms, pricing, and agreements—making practical decisions within defined guidelines.
You’ll track partner performance, ensuring quality standards are met and identifying opportunities for improvement.
You’ll manage key administrative components such as contracts, insurance, workers’ compensation, and other required documentation.
You’ll help design and implement the processes, workflows, and systems that will define this department moving forward.
You’re someone who doesn’t wait for structure—you build it.
You’re comfortable working with external stakeholders and know how to turn relationships into results. You can balance communication, negotiation, and operational execution without losing momentum.
You likely:
We’re a fast-growing company, and not everything is fully built yet—that’s exactly where the opportunity is.
You’ll have direct exposure to leadership, real ownership over your work, and the chance to shape how this function evolves as we scale.
We value people who are proactive, pragmatic, and focused on results—people who don’t just manage processes, but improve them.
This role is for someone who enjoys building, not just maintaining.
If you’re excited about creating structure, working with external partners, and having a direct impact on how a company grows—this is that kind of opportunity.
