About the role

This entrepreneurial-spirited individual is looking to build hands-on experience in B2B advertising, campaign operations, and data-driven media analysis in a fast-paced, engaging environment. In this role, you’ll support the Media Operations team by helping set up, monitor, and report on digital campaigns through Google Ad Manager, while also gaining exposure to Salesforce, Monday.com, and other internal systems. The role will focus on using Bombora intent data and campaign performance metrics to better understand audience engagement, optimize program delivery, and identify actionable insights for clients and internal stakeholders. You’ll also leverage Microsoft Copilot and other AI-assisted tools to analyze campaign data, summarize trends, surface opportunities, and support more efficient reporting workflows. What you'll do

  • Support end-to-end campaign operations, including trafficking, pacing, and delivery checks across assigned media programmes.
  • Maintain accurate data and documentation in Salesforce, inventory booking systems, and internal reporting/analytics tools.
  • Monitor and analyse performance data, identify trends, and surface optimisation opportunities to improve programme outcomes.
  • Partner with Sales, Sales Operations, and Ad Operations to resolve technology, tagging, and media delivery issues.
  • Use AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to support research, improve data context, and drive process efficiencies.
  • Provide clear, timely status updates to internal stakeholders and respond to client requests with a customer-first mindset.


Skills and Compentencies

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret digital marketing and campaign performance data.
  • Understanding of web technologies, tracking/measurement concepts, and troubleshooting of delivery or platform issues.
  • Comfortable using AI tools for analysis, research, and workflow efficiencies (prompting and data contextualisation).
  • Clear written and spoken English communication for stakeholder and client support.
  • Customer-service oriented; professional, responsive, and approachable via email, phone, and virtual collaboration.
  • Collaborative working style with experience partnering across Sales, Sales Operations, and Ad Operations teams.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and follow-through; accountable and team-oriented.
  • Strong numeracy and comfort working with spreadsheets and reporting.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-4 years of relevant working experience in digital marketing, media operations, ad operations, or a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience supporting campaign operations (e.g., set-up/trafficking, QA, pacing, delivery checks) and performance reporting.
  • Proficient in MS Excel; comfortable working with data to produce accurate reports and insights.
  • Able to learn and use multiple systems (e.g., CRM, ad platforms, booking/inventory tools, analytics dashboards) while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Understanding of digital advertising and measurement basics (e.g., ad formats, tags/pixels/UTMs) and able to troubleshoot common delivery/tracking issues.
  • Good written and spoken English; able to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and respond to client requests professionally.
  • Highly organised; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred / Added Advantage

  • Experience with Salesforce, Google Ad Manager, or similar CRM/ad platforms.
  • Experience using AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to support reporting, analysis, or workflow improvements.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) and/or intent/data platforms (e.g., Bombora).
