Candidates located outside the United States will be engaged under an independent contractor agreement. You will be responsible for managing your own social security and taxes in accordance with the regulations of your home country. Please take this into consideration before applying.

The Mission: Luxury Visuals. High-Speed Execution.

We’re not looking for someone who just “makes graphics.” We’re looking for a Visual Storyteller and Brand Builder who understands how to turn strategy into elevated creative execution. You know that in a premium brand, every touchpoint matters, from a webinar graphic to a destination campaign to a partner presentation.

Your mission is to elevate and accelerate UJV’s visual storytelling across every marketing channel. You’ll create polished, luxury-forward creative that strengthens our brand presence, supports advisor engagement, and helps marketing move faster without sacrificing quality.

What You’ll Own

  • Multi-Brand Creative Execution

You will support the visual identity of the UJV Master Brand while executing creative across UJV Tropics, UJV Africa, and UJV Europe. You’ll ensure each regional brand feels specialized and aspirational while remaining aligned under the larger UJV luxury brand standard.

  • Brand & Campaign Design

You will design polished, on-brand creative assets across digital campaigns, email marketing, social media, website content, webinars, and sales enablement materials. You understand how to create visuals that feel premium, clear, and conversion-oriented while maintaining consistency across the UJV ecosystem.

  • Social Media & Short-Form Creative

You will create engaging social graphics, Reels, carousel assets, and short-form video content that supports destination storytelling, partner marketing, webinars, and advisor engagement. You know how to combine strong aesthetics with marketing intent to create content that captures attention and drives interaction.

  • Sales & Partner Marketing Support

You will create polished one-pagers, partner campaign assets, promotional PDFs, presentations, webinar visuals, and advisor-facing materials that strengthen UJV’s positioning with both partners and travel advisors. You understand that strong design builds credibility and trust.

  • Scalable Design Systems & AI-Powered Workflow

You will help build scalable templates and visual systems that allow the marketing team to execute faster while maintaining brand consistency. We leverage AI tools to improve speed and creative efficiency, and you’ll use them to support concepting, layout exploration, production, and workflow optimization.

Who You Are (The “Visual Brand Builder” DNA)

  • The Brand Steward: You understand how to maintain and evolve a premium visual identity across multiple channels, campaigns, and regional brands while keeping everything polished and cohesive.
  • The Marketing Designer: You have 3–5 years of experience designing for marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, web, and presentation assets. You understand how design supports engagement, conversion, and brand perception, not just aesthetics.
  • The Fast & Detail-Oriented Creative: You can execute quickly without sacrificing quality. You thrive in fast-paced environments, manage multiple projects at once, and consistently deliver clean, high-end work.
  • The Collaborative Creative Partner: You take creative direction well and know how to translate strategy, messaging, and marketing priorities into elevated visual execution. You work seamlessly with marketing, leadership, and regional teams to bring ideas to life.
  • The Digital-First Storyteller: You understand modern digital design trends, social media creative, short-form content, and how to create visuals that feel both aspirational and performance-driven.
  • 3–5 Years of Results: You’ve supported high-volume marketing execution while maintaining strong brand consistency and creative quality, ideally within luxury, hospitality, lifestyle, or premium brands.


Technical Must-Haves

  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital, email, social, web, presentation, and campaign design work.
  • Advanced proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Experience creating social media graphics, marketing collateral, and branded campaign assets.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
  • Experience designing for marketing campaigns, not just standalone assets.
  • Ability to create reusable templates and scalable design systems.
  • Experience with short-form video editing tools such as CapCut.
  • Comfort working with AI-powered creative tools to improve efficiency and production workflows.
  • Ability to maintain brand consistency across multiple campaigns and channels.
  • Native-level English with strong visual communication instincts and attention to detail.
