Summary

Participate in proper labeling of shipments going out to ensure customers receive correct material. Assist when loading shipments to ensure product corresponds to the agreed customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting co-workers in wrapping and strapping material.
• Inspect shipment to ensure wrapped liner has no covering damage prior to shipping.
• Participate in reporting any quality problems to Supervisor immediately.
• Participate in the labeling of shipments to ensure all liners have a shipping label and appropriate quality and production stickers prior to shipping.
• Keep gas bottles in storage cage filled.
• Perform maintenance duties as needed.
• Work in a safe manner at all times by following the company safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean work environment by performing cleaning duties when required.
• Perform other related duties incidental to work described herein.
• Will at times be asked to perform other duties.

Qualifications

• GED/High School Diploma or previous manufacturing experience
• Satisfactorily complete 3 months on-the-job training

Typical Physical Demands

Requires full range of motion including eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity.  Must possess basic math skills.  Ability to lift up to 60 pounds on a continuous basis.
