About this Role

As a Customer Service Agent (Ambassador), you’ll be the friendly face passengers, visitors, and airport employees can count on for support. In this role, you’ll help create a welcoming, positive airport experience by providing accurate, up-to-date information, clear directions, and helpful assistance throughout the day.


You’ll stay alert for opportunities to go above and beyond, proactively offering guidance when people need it most. You’ll also help keep the airport running smoothly by reporting facility concerns or stakeholder issues within your assigned area. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys helping others, staying active, and making a real impact through excellent customer service.


Minimum Requirements

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience at the airport or 2 years of general customer service
  • Ability to be proactive/engaging/positive throughout their shift
  • Ability to remain calm, empathetic, and helpful during conversations with passengers, team members, and other parties
  • Ability to stand, move, and/or sit for periods of up to 10 hours
  • Ability to carry and/or lift up to 15lbs
  • Ability to obtain a Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) badge
  • Ability to pass a drug screening test
  • Fluent/Near Fluent in speaking and writing in the English language
  • Fluent/Proficient in speaking a language other than English
  • Ability to operate/learn how to operate software such as Microsoft Office 365, Rippling, SurveyMonkey, etc. without continued assistance
  • Ability to operate/learn how to operate hardware such as smartphones, tablets, desktop computers, etc. without continued assistance


What We Offer You

  • Team members will start at $19.50 per hour.
  • All eligible full-time employees may participate in medical, dental, and vision insurances after 90 days of employment.
  • All qualified team members are eligible and will automatically be enrolled in a matching 401(k).
  • Paid Time Off (full-time only) and Sick Time Off will be accrued and be made available after the first 60 days at an accrual rate of 1 hour for every 40 hours worked.
  • Paid Bereavement up to 5 days a year will be available to team members after 60 days.


Schedule & Shift Times

  • Candidates that have full availability will be considered over those that do not.
  • Operating hours are between 3:45am-11:59pm.
  • All team members are expected to work at least one weekend day (Sunday and/or Saturday).
