The Opportunity

We’re looking for a sharp, organised, and mission-driven operator to help deliver our customer success and projects. You’ll work directly with our founders and with leaders across the care and education sectors to ensure every implementation of Voop’s technology succeeds and scales.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role combining customer engagement, project delivery, and operational leadership. You’ll be the face of Voop for some of our most important customers — leading onboarding, training, and delivery, driving adoption, and shaping how we deliver impact as we scale.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support customer success and engagement with key customers (including care providers, local authorities, law enforcement).
  • Manage major customer projects end-to-end — from planning and onboarding through to delivery, training, and impact measurement.
  • Work directly with Voop’s founders and the Head of Customer Success and Projects to design and refine how we deliver at scale.
  • Lead operational and cultural change programmes within customer organisations, supported by Voop’s technology.
  • Coordinate cross-functional work across product, engineering, and operations.
  • Capture insights from the field and translate them into improvements to our product and customer experience.


About You

  • Strong project management and delivery experience, ideally in environments involving operational or cultural change.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and a bias for action.
  • Energy, empathy, and a genuine motivation to make a difference in safeguarding and child protection.


Bonus Points

  • Have experience in law enforcement, education, or social care, or a strong understanding of safeguarding environments.
  • Have worked with or around technology solutions (SaaS, mobile, or data).
  • Thrive in fast-moving, mission-driven startup environments.
