About The Role & Team
Webull Securities (Canada) Ltd. provides a mobile-first investing platform designed for today’s retail investors. As a global fintech company entering an exciting new phase of growth in Canada, our mission goes beyond launching a product, it is to build a trusted financial partner for Canadian investors.
We are seeking a Marketing Analyst to join our growing team in Toronto. This individual will play a key role in supporting Webull’s continued growth in the Canadian market by driving data-informed marketing initiatives and delivering measurable business impact. The ideal candidate is a curious, data-driven marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments, isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves, and can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution across campaigns, channels, and content.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role will work across both strategy and execution — building campaigns, analyzing performance, optimizing results, and identifying opportunities to drive growth and engagement.
In This Role, You Will
- Translate strategic insights and customer data into actionable marketing plans, including audience segmentation, channel strategy, campaign execution, and measurement frameworks.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, app banners & push notifications, paid media, social, and digital marketing ecosystems.
- Write and edit compelling, benefit-driven marketing copy for landing pages, email campaigns, customer communications, digital ads, and promotional content.
- Monitor campaign performance and business metrics, delivering insightful weekly reporting, recommendations, and executive-ready updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across Product, Analytics, Compliance, Tech, Design, PR, and Brand to ensure campaigns are aligned, compliant, and customer-centric.
- Develop workback schedules, coordinate campaign deliverables, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-moving environment.
The Skills You Bring
- 3 - 4 years of experience in Marketing, Growth or Communications, preferably within fintech, financial services, banking, or a highly regulated industry.
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, digital acquisition, engagement, retention, and conversion strategies.
- Hands-on experience executing multi-channel campaigns across CRM, email, paid digital, social, referral, and digital platforms.
- Proven ability to turn data into actionable insights and make informed, performance-driven marketing decisions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, compelling messaging.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency with marketing analytics and reporting tools including BI, Google Analytics and social listening tools.
- Experience with marketing automation, campaign reporting, and content development.
- Working knowledge of tools such as Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva.
- University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
What Makes You Stand Out
- A self-starter with a strong bias for action and ownership.
- Naturally curious, analytical, and always looking for ways to improve results.
- Comfortable operating both strategically and tactically – from campaign planning to hands-on execution.
- Adaptable and resourceful, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Collaborative, proactive, and energized by solving complex business and customer challenges.
