About the role
- Wing Shack is seeking a hospitality-driven Bartender for our Laramie Shack location in our fleet. This role is ideal for a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- While bartending will be a primary responsibility, this position requires flexibility and a team-first mindset. Team members are expected to support all areas of the restaurant, including front-of-house service and kitchen operations, to ensure smooth shifts and outstanding hospitality at every touchpoint.
What you'll do
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to company standards
- Provide friendly, attentive service that creates a welcoming guest experience
- Support front-of-house service, including taking orders, running food, and guest engagement
- Assist in kitchen operations as needed, including food prep and expo support
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards throughout the restaurant
- Work collaboratively with the team to manage high-volume service efficiently
- Run kitchen and front of the house shifts as necessary
- Train and lead in all aspects of the restaurant to be the next point of contact when the General Manager is not present at the restaurant.
Qualifications
- Strong hospitality mindset with a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to multitask and perform well in a high-volume environment
- Willingness to work all areas of the restaurant, not just behind the bar
- Reliable, adaptable, and committed to delivering great guest experiences
- 2-3 years of full-service bartending experience
- 3-5 years of hospitality experience
