Regional Property Manager

$120,000+ annually, commensurate with experience

WPM Real Estate Management is seeking an experienced Regional Property Manager to lead a multifamily portfolio across Maryland and Pennsylvania. We’re looking for a strong multi-site leader who combines operational expertise, financial acumen, and a passion for developing high-performing teams.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee operational and financial performance across a multifamily portfolio
• Lead, coach, and develop Property Managers and Senior Property Managers
• Develop budgets and monitor performance against financial goals
• Analyze portfolio results and communicate with leadership, owners, and investors
• Drive strategies and initiatives that improve property performance
• Build strong relationships with residents, associates, owners, and other stakeholders
• Travel regularly throughout the Maryland and Pennsylvania portfolio

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of property management experience
• 3+ years as a Regional Property Manager, Portfolio Manager, or similar multi-site leader
• Proven success coaching and developing property management teams
• Strong budgeting and financial management skills
• Excellent communication, leadership, and technology skills
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• ARM, CAM, or similar industry certification preferred
