About the role:


As an Account Executive, you’ll be a key driver of our company’s growth strategy, responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities within the healthcare ecosystem.


This role requires a blend of consultative selling skills, healthcare domain expertise, and the ability to understand and communicate the technical and clinical impact of our solutions.  You will work cross-functionally with marketing, product and customer success to ensure a smooth handoff from sale to implementation. As a frontline ambassador for our platform, you’ll bring customer feedback into the organization to help shape product strategy and go-to-market initiatives.


We are looking for a motivated, mission-aligned individual who is excited to work in a dynamic, high-growth environment and who is passionate about helping healthcare organizations use data and AI to deliver better care, reduce friction, and improve outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Own the full sales cycle: from prospecting to contract execution for clients
  • Develop and execute territory and account-based strategies to penetrate net new logos
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to support prospects throughout the sales journey
  • Deliver compelling presentations and demos tailored to each stakeholder’s strategic goals
  • Manage pipeline, forecasting, and activity within CRM
  • Navigate multi-threaded sales motions involving legal, IT, procurement, and executive sponsors
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets


Qualifications


Required

  • 5+ years experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably in SaaS or tech-driven industries.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding a $1M+ annual quota
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem (payer, provider, and life sciences markets)
  • Consultative selling skills with experience influencing senior decision-makers (CIO, CMIO, CFO, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Experience with value-based selling methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN) is a plus
  • Ability to travel 10-20%


Preferred

  • Undergraduate degree in a health sciences and/or technical field
  • Graduate degree(s) in a relevant subject area
  • Customer management experience using a CRM system like Hubspot
  • Previous professional experience in the SaaS/healthcare domain
  • Strong technical skill sets


Location


xCures operates in a distributed, remote-first environment. Candidates may be located anywhere in the United States. Occasional travel to company offsites or key meetings may be required.


The successful candidate must already have authorization to work in the United States. At this time, xCures does not offer sponsorship.
