What You’ll Do:
- Implement individual therapy plans as established by the physical therapist.
- Collaborate closely with physical therapists, maintaining open communication for questions and guidance.
- Work with a diverse patient population, including orthopedic and spine therapy cases.
- Participate in staff meetings and training to continually grow your skills.

What You’ll Do:
- Implement treatment plans developed by Physical Therapists, including exercises, therapeutic activities, and modalities.
- Monitor progress, report to the physical therapist and adjust treatment plans to keep patients on the road to recovery.
- Participate in team meetings and educational opportunities to stay on the cutting edge.
- Spread positivity and encouragement to patients and team members alike!
- Assist Physical Therapists in providing quality care to patients.
- Educate patients and their families on the treatment plan and home exercises.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve patient goals.
Qualifications to Shine:
- Massachusetts Physical Therapist Assistant License (required).
- CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
- A friendly, approachable demeanor with a knack for teamwork.
- Tech-savvy? Great! Familiarity with WebPT is a plus (training available).
- Ready to roll up your sleeves? You’ll need to bend, squat, and lift as needed!
