JOB DESCRIPTION:AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reports directly to General Manager
• Responsible for hiring, training, and firing front desk personnel
• Responsible for over-seeing interactions at the desk and all actions by front desk staff
• Responsible for dealing with all billing questions or disputes
• Membership and program sales
• Strong customer service skills and phone presence
• Responsible for speaking to all members who wish to cancel their membership
• Over-see cleanliness of main lobby, stair-wells and front desk
• Register each member that is checking in for the day
• Scheduling
• Cash handling
• Rotating schedule - mornings/day/nights, weekdays & weekends, holidays.
