Summary: We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic team and help manage a growing caseload of complex bodily injury matters. This role involves leading litigation efforts from case inception through resolution, including trial when necessary, and may also oversee litigation and pre-suit attorneys to ensure seamless case progression. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both pre-suit and litigation phases of bodily injury cases, ensuring a comprehensive approach to advocacy and client representation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Manage a litigation caseload with an emphasis on personal injury and bodily injury claims
· Conduct initial case evaluations, develop litigation strategies, and provide risk assessments
· Draft, review, and respond to pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents
· Conduct depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations
· Represent clients in court appearances, hearings, and trials, presenting evidence and arguments to secure favorable outcomes
· Possibly manage and mentor litigation and pre-suit attorneys as well as paralegals and support staff assigned to cases
· Maintain ongoing communication with clients, experts, and opposing counsel to ensure effective case progression
· File motions and appeals as necessary to advance clients’ interests
· Adhere to the firm’s litigation processes and maintain organized, detail-oriented case files

Salary: Competitive compensation based on experience
Schedule: This position is ON-SITE in our Fort. Lauderdale office, with no remote/ hybrid schedule. Schedule is Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts, 9:00am-6:30pm

The pay range for this role is:
130,000 - 160,000 USD per year (Ft Lauderdale )
