We’re a well-funded startup with 9 employees and a sister company to Lucida, with shared ownership and control, along with several additional firms that together generate over $100M in revenue. Location

Hybrid Anywhere: For remote team members anywhere in the US, you’ll need to either live in or work from within a Qualified Opportunity Zone (QOZ) for a percentage of your work time, as agreed upon in your contract. QOZs are specially designated areas offering tax incentives and economic benefits to stimulate growth in underserved communities. We’ll cover the cost of your co-working space in a QOZ. In-Person: this job listing is for our hybrid anywhere position. Please note that we are open to either options, however have a preference for candidates willing to work from our office in Madison. If you are open to working from our office, please see the other job listing.

What You’ll Do

• Join our AI team and power all AI features across our platform—including the RAG chat system project.
• Develop and maintain full stack applications using TypeScript, Next.js, React, and other modern frameworks.
• Work on diverse projects spanning web development, AI/LLM integration, infrastructure, and data processing.
• Leverage cutting-edge AI tools in your development workflow to optimize coding and accelerate problem-solving.
• Quickly adapt and pick up new skills as our tech evolves.

Technical Skills

• Minimum 2+ years of highly skilled, senior-level experience.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and React
• Broad generalist experience across web development, infrastructure, and data processing.
• Preferred: React Server Components (RSC) experience
• Preferred: AWS experience with CDK or CloudFormation
• Preferred: Experience with Golang
• Preferred: Experience with AI/LLM projects is a plus, though the key is your agility in learning new technologies.
