We seek an experienced Sales Enablement Manager who can help our organization by equipping our sales team with the tools, content, training, and resources they need to engage prospects effectively, shorten sales cycles, and drive revenue growth to by accelerate the performance of our SaaS sales organization . What you'll do: 


We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Sales Enablement Manager to join our team and accelerate the performance of our SaaS sales organization. This role will be responsible for equipping our sales team with the tools, content, training, and resources they need to engage prospects effectively, shorten sales cycles, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate has experience in SaaS sales processes, a passion for developing people, and a proven ability to align cross-functional stakeholders.


Outcomes you’ll own: 

  • ​​Enablement Strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive sales enablement strategy aligned with business objectives and revenue goals.
  • Training & Onboarding: Develop and deliver training programs for new hires and ongoing education for the sales team on products, sales methodology, competitive landscape, and best practices.
  • Content & Resources: Create, curate, and manage sales collateral, playbooks, pitch decks, and competitive intelligence to ensure the team has access to the right information at the right time.
  • Technology & Tools: Manage and optimize sales enablement platforms (CRM, LMS, CMS, conversation intelligence tools, etc.) to improve sales productivity and effectiveness.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Marketing, Sales Leadership, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure consistent messaging, positioning, and value articulation.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish KPIs to measure the impact of enablement initiatives, track adoption, and continuously refine programs to maximize ROI.
  • Coaching & Development: Work closely with frontline sales managers to reinforce enablement programs through coaching and field execution.

Additional skills & experience that will set you apart:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or SaaS sales.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales processes, customer lifecycle, and B2B buyer journey.
  • Proven success in building scalable training and enablement programs.
  • Experience with sales enablement technologies (e.g. Gong, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and derive insights.
