We’re looking for a strategic, proactive, and relationship-savvy Payments Enablement & Adoption Consultant to help practices unlock the full power of our integrated payments solutions. You’ll be the go-to partner for our sales and expansion teams—bringing payments expertise, deep customer insight, and a get-it-done attitude to drive increased adoption and meaningful revenue growth.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be a driving force in helping our customers see the value—and reap the benefits—of our payments platform. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:

  • Be the Strategist: Partner with our Payments GM to design and execute smart, scalable adoption strategies across Enterprise and Mid-Market accounts.
  • Be the Guide: Support and coach our Expansion and Payments Reps with pricing guidance, merchant statement analysis, and customer-specific proposals that help close more (and bigger) deals.
  • Be the Catalyst: Identify customer segments where payments adoption is lagging—and create tailored action plans to increase usage, wallet share, and stickiness.
  • Be the Collaborator: Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Finance to streamline internal processes and drive a best-in-class customer experience.
  • Be the Accelerator: Influence the design and delivery of new enablement materials, battlecards, pricing tools, and systems to boost effectiveness across the board.

What Will Make Us REALLY Love you

  • 3–5 years of direct experience in integrated payments within a SaaS business (bonus if you’ve supported expansion efforts or embedded payments products).
  • Hands-on experience in payments sales—you know what it takes to earn trust and close deals in a high-volume, metric-driven environment.
  • A strong grasp of merchant services, statement analysis, and rate structuring—and you’re comfortable advising customers through pricing negotiations.
  • Payments acumen across ISO, Payment Facilitation, and PFaaS models.
  • A knack for project management and working cross-functionally with fast-moving teams.
  • EQ + IQ: You’re an excellent communicator, relationship builder, and problem solver.
