We seek an experienced Demand Generation Leader that can help us generate high-quality leads and drive revenue growth through strategic marketing and sales efforts. What You’ll Do

·         Lead a comprehensive demand generation strategy, setting goals and KPIs to drive pipeline and revenue growth.

·         Develop and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, web, paid media, ABM, events, etc.) across market segments.

·         Align with content, product marketing, and sales to optimize lead quality.

·         Manage and mentor a global team of marketing professionals.

·         Monitor and report campaign performance, leveraging tools like Hubspot and Salesforce.

·         Own the demand gen budget, optimizing resource allocation for ROI.

·         Track and report on key metrics (MQLs, SQLs, CAC, ROI, etc.) to inform decision-making.

What You’ll Bring

·         5+ years in B2B demand generation or growth marketing; 3+ years in a leadership role.

·         Proven track record driving pipeline growth in SaaS, ideally with ABM experience.

·         Proficiency with marketing automation (Hubspot), CRM (Salesforce), and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console).

·         Skillset spanning search engine optimization, paid search, paid social, email marketing, direct mail and account-based marketing.

·         Exceptional communication skills and ability to successfully lead a fully remote team.

·         Strong collaboration skills with sales and cross-functional partners.

·         Data-driven, adaptable, and fluent in the latest digital marketing best practices.
