About The Role

We are seeking meticulous and detail-oriented Accounting Clerks to join our Administrative team on a full-time, hourly basis. In this role, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the day-to-day operations of the accounting department. What You'll Do

  • Record and process financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of all financial records.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems for invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
  • Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements as required.
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries related to accounting and financial data.
  • Monitor expense accounts and prepare reports on departmental budgets.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure compliance with company policies and deadlines.
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting team, including data entry and recordkeeping.


Qualifications

  • Proven work experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related field.
  • Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles and procedures.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in accounting or finance are a plus.

MUST BE AUTHORIZED TO WORK IN THE UNITED STATE OF AMERICA

The pay range for this role is:

19.16 - 30.11 USD per hour (Remote (Fayetteville, North Carolina, US))
