About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Processing Clerk to join our Administrative team. This entry-level, full-time, hourly role is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at handling and processing data efficiently. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data within our systems, supporting crucial administrative operations. What You'll Do

  • Input, verify, and maintain large volumes of data into company databases and software systems.
  • Ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies by cross-referencing source documents and communications.
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and data analysis for internal use, ensuring timely and reliable deliverables.
  • Collaborate with other administrative team members to enhance data management practices and improve workflow efficiencies.
  • Monitor and prioritize data processing assignments to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Handle sensitive information in compliance with company policies and maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Assist with administrative support tasks as needed, such as filing, scanning, and preparing documentation.


Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • High attention to detail and ability to identify and correct data inconsistencies quickly.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) and data entry systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and department staff.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies regarding data handling.
  • No prior work experience required; however, previous experience in data entry or administrative roles is a plus.

MUST BE AUTHORIZED TO WORK IN THE UNITED STATE OF AMERICA

The pay range for this role is:

21.90 - 31.92 USD per hour (Remote (Warwick, Rhode Island, US))
