About the role

We are looking for a talented candidate to join the India office of DESRI, i.e., DESRI India Private Limited, based in Hyderabad, India. The candidate will play a key role in supporting DESRI’s recruitment operations and candidate experience, working closely with U.S. based teams. You’ll be working during U.S business hours.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruiting coordination across multiple teams and U.S. time zones, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for both candidates and hiring managers. You will handle interview scheduling, maintain accurate candidate data and status updates in Rippling, and prepare agendas, materials, and weekly progress reports for the hiring team. As the primary point of contact for candidates, you will set clear expectations, provide timely communication, and gather feedback to continuously enhance the recruiting process. You will track key recruiting metrics, help build dashboards and reports, and identify trends or bottlenecks to support data-driven decision-making. Additionally, you will contribute to improving recruiting workflows and systems, document standard processes, and support integrations across tools such as Rippling and LinkedIn Recruiter. Collaboration will be central to your work as you partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, HR, finance, and operations teams to support interviews, debriefs, onboarding, and cross-functional projects related to employer branding, diversity initiatives, and recruiting technology.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should hold-

  • A Bachelor’s degree with 0-2 years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and time zones.
  • Proficiency with recruiting systems such as Rippling, LinkedIn Recruiter, and scheduling tools.
  • A collaborative mindset and passion for creating exceptional candidate experiences.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work during U.S. business hours.
