About the role

We are looking for a talented candidate to join the India office of DESRI, i.e., DESRI India Private Limited, based in Hyderabad, India. The candidate will be a part of Financial Systems team and will regularly interact with the U.S. and Hyderabad-based teams, as well as external parties. The candidate will be a part of a small, inclusive, highly skilled team responsible for supporting DESRI’s portfolio of wind, solar, and storage projects within a dynamic environment that values collaboration, thoughtful problem solving, and attention to detail.

What you'll do

In this role, you will play a key role in managing the post-implementation environment of Onstream and similar financial platforms and providing support to end-users, including training and troubleshooting. You will be expected to provide functional knowledge and expertise in the core consolidation and FP&A domains. You will also support business needs by integrating OneStream with multiple source systems and merging, customizing, and deploying it as per business requirements. Additionally, you will be required to ensure seamless functioning of financial system(s) by managing overall security, researching, and implementing improvements, building and maintaining reports and dashboards, and assessing the impact of version updates. Furthermore, you will work independently with technical/functional direction from business leads (Accounting, Accounts Payable, Treasury, Asset Management, Information Management, etc.) to gather data, understand the workflows, establish control in related business processes, and document the same based on the requirements of various stakeholders.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should hold-

• A Master of Business Administration / Chartered Accountant degree and 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in administration of OneStream or similar financial systems.
• Expertise as a Subject Matter Expert, possessing an in-depth understanding of Core Consolidation, Account Reconciliations, and Financial Planning and Analysis
• Effective written and spoken communication skills, along with an ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively with various teams.
• Experience in tools such as Workday Financials, Alteryx, PowerBI, Python, and SQL
