About the role

What you'll do

You’ll work closely with DESRI’s leadership team on strategic projects to improve corporate functions and special projects while interfacing across teams. You’ll identify and implement operational improvements that enhance DESRI’s ability to scale efficiently and execute on business objectives. You’ll lead high impact projects with significant executive visibility while utilizing data analytics and reporting tools to assess performance metrics. Projects could include collaborating across departments to design and roll-out new processes and systems, solve problems, and help DESRI run efficiently. You’ll take on a variety of projects based on business needs, with responsibilities that are commensurate with your level of experience.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have a record of professional achievement and five to seven years of professional experience in any industry or field.
• Well-developed communication skills, the ability to collaborate well with a small team, proven organizational acumen when working on multiple projects, and a high level of motivation and intellectual curiosity are vital to this role.
• Experience leading projects and managing processes across functions in a fast-paced environment, strong attention to detail, and impressive analytical skills are essential.
• Experience in consulting or similar roles may be particularly relevant but is not required. Former lawyers, investment bankers or others with experience solving complex problems in a professional setting may also be well suited for the role.
• The expected annual base salary for this position is $200,000 to $250,000. Our compensation and benefits package includes variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus, guaranteed in the first year of hire, and benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, 401(k) contribution matching, wellness reimbursement, family building benefits, and a charitable gift match program.
