About the role

We are seeking an Analyst to join our India office of DESRI, i.e., DESRI India Private Limited, based in Hyderabad, India. The candidate will be a part of Project Management team and will regularly interact with the U.S. and Hyderabad-based teams, as well as external parties. The candidate will be a part of an inclusive, highly skilled team responsible for supporting DESRI’s portfolio of wind, solar, and storage projects within a dynamic environment that values collaboration, thoughtful problem solving, and attention to detail.

What you'll do

Work cross-functionally with project teams to streamline Renewable energy project execution, providing critical project management support to PM leadership team - responsible for strategic oversight and delivery of DESRI’s renewable projects. Collaborate with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) and external partners to resolve project challenges and track issues to resolution. Establish baseline milestone schedules and assist in maintaining them across assigned Renewable energy projects. Generate and maintain project tracking materials, work with lead Project Managers to ensure accuracy and disseminate reports to relevant stakeholders. Track and update key milestones of the project in coordination with PM leadership and internal teams. Prepare and circulate call agendas, Minutes of the Meeting related to commissioning of the Renewable energy project. Contribute to special projects and ad hoc process improvement initiatives led by the PM leadership team. Support organizational communication by crafting, refining, and designing professional documents and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Candidates holding a B. Tech in Electrical Engineering, or related streams plus MBA are preferred.
• One to four years of experience in project management, renewable energy, infrastructure, or related sectors are preferred.
• Candidates holding a B. Tech in Electrical Engineering, or related streams plus MBA are preferred.
• A proactive mindset, with the ability to identify process improvements and support project execution in a collaborative manner.
• The candidate must have excellent analytical abilities, impressive oral and written communication and organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• The candidate must have the ability to collaborate with teams located in different time zones and jurisdictions.
