Customer Service Associate

We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering responsive support. This role is part of the Customer Service and Collections team and plays an important role in supporting Dext’s day-to-day operations and overall customer experience.

Job Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Develop a good understanding of our financial services to effectively assist clients and provide accurate information. 
  • Assist customers with disputes and inquiries and reconciling payment history. 
  • Servicing accounts by investigating problems and finding resolutions regarding payments and customer service concerns. 
  • Utilize judgment to analyze customer accounts and establish repayment plans. 
  • Respond to customer emails regarding billing issues and general concerns.  
  • Problem resolution, investigating and resolving client concerns, complaints, or issues promptly and effectively, ensuring client satisfaction. 
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and resolutions in our online systems.  
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service/Collections team and other departments as needed to create a positive and consistent customer experience.  

 

Experience Requirements: 

  • 3 years experience in Customer Service 
  • Proficiency in basic mathematics  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office series (Excel, Word, Outlook)  
  • Experience in Collections or AR (preferred)

The pay range for this role is:

20.20 - 21.60 USD per hour (Headquarters)
