This role is part of the Customer Service and Collections team and plays an important role in supporting Dext’s day-to-day operations and overall customer experience.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop a good understanding of our financial services to effectively assist clients and provide accurate information.
- Assist customers with disputes and inquiries and reconciling payment history.
- Servicing accounts by investigating problems and finding resolutions regarding payments and customer service concerns.
- Utilize judgment to analyze customer accounts and establish repayment plans.
- Respond to customer emails regarding billing issues and general concerns.
- Problem resolution, investigating and resolving client concerns, complaints, or issues promptly and effectively, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and resolutions in our online systems.
- Collaborate with the Customer Service/Collections team and other departments as needed to create a positive and consistent customer experience.
Experience Requirements:
- 3 years experience in Customer Service
- Proficiency in basic mathematics
- Proficiency in Microsoft office series (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience in Collections or AR (preferred)
