Client Solutions Sales Representative

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Independently originate and develop new business through proactive outbound prospecting and relationship-driven sales strategies
  • Serve as a trusted financial advisor to end users by diagnosing capital needs and delivering customized equipment finance solutions
  • Own the full sales lifecycle, from initial engagement through credit structuring, funding, and close
  • Build and manage a robust, self-sourced pipeline with accurate forecasting and activity management
  • Conduct periodic travel to strengthen client relationships and expand market presence
  • Develop and maintain long-term customer partnerships that drive repeat business and referral volume
  • Maintain deep knowledge of Dext Capital’s products and effectively articulate value propositions to senior stakeholders
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly production targets
  • Adhere to Dext Capital’s exceptional customer service standards

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years Equipment finance or related sales experience within the Direct/Client Solutions channel.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a performance-driven environment
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Ability to operate independently while contributing to a collaborative, team-oriented culture
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Compensation

  • Competitive base salary
  • Incentive plan payable monthly
