Your role as Data Analyst
Reporting to the Project Lead, the Data Analyst’s mission is to provide insights to transformation managers to guide roadmap decisions and identify opportunities for ServiceOS.
The ServiceOS Team
Today, Dialogue’s care delivery model relies heavily on manual coordination, with people orchestrating a large part of the care journey. This stems from choices made during our growth phase, when speed and MVPs were prioritized. The ServiceOS team is being created to build Dialogue’s operating system and transition from manual coordination and member wait times to technology driven processes that enable a direct to care model.
Project Objectives
- Improve the member experience by connecting members directly to care and enhancing our ability to personalize support
- Improve the practitioner experience by aligning workload with expertise, particularly time spent with members and clinical tasks
- Reduce costs by lowering operational expenses such as administration and occupancy
- Enable scalability to support new services or experiment with new care delivery models
What you'll be doing
- Analyzing business data to answer concrete questions, identify trends, and surface opportunities or risks in support of the ServiceOS roadmap
- Translating ambiguous questions into well-defined metrics and analytical approaches
- Helping stakeholders make data driven decisions
- Building and maintaining project dashboards to track ServiceOS performance
- Tracking delivery increments and adoption performance of programs and features
- Enabling visibility into adoption, cost savings, and member experience indicators (MX); providing key insights on cost reduction, adoption, and satisfaction
- Providing analytical tools to evaluate new features, A/B tests, and to monitor bugs in Dialogue’s applications
We'd love to hear from you if you have
- 3 to 5 years of experience as an analytics developer, data science specialist, or data analyst
- A passion for problem solving, learning, and an interest in leading the delivery of key projects
- Advanced knowledge of SQL, comfortable with authoring complex queries of analytical data in a cloud data warehouse
- Experience with a business intelligence analytics platform such as Looker, Sisense, Metabase, Evidence, or Tableau.
- Excellent ability to communicate about data and statistics with business stakeholders
- An eye for data visualization design that engenders trust and understanding in the underlying data
